Why I Created Nourished Soul Travel

There was a time when I believed travel was simply about seeing beautiful places. I couldn't have imagined how deeply it would change me. Every journey taught me something new, but Egypt transformed me in ways I never expected. It strengthened my confidence, softened my heart, expanded my view of the world, and reminded me that it's never too late to begin again. Somewhere between ancient temples, quiet moments on the Nile, and conversations with people whose kindness forever changed me, I found pieces of myself I didn't even realize I'd lost. Travel didn't just show me the world—it brought me home to myself.

That transformation inspired me to create Nourished Soul Travel. I wanted to offer women more than a vacation. Whether you're celebrating a new chapter, healing from an old one, checking Egypt off your bucket list, or simply answering a calling you can't explain, I want you to feel safe, seen, and inspired every step of the way. I'm not a spiritual teacher, and this isn't a retreat. But Egypt has a way of touching something deep within you. My role is simply to guide the journey—to create space for adventure, wonder, laughter, meaningful connection, and those quiet moments that often become the ones you remember forever.

As a professional chef, sharing food has always been one of the ways I connect with people and cultures. That's why Egyptian cuisine is woven into every journey. We'll enjoy meals that go far beyond tourist restaurants, experiencing the flavors, traditions, and hospitality that make Egypt so unforgettable. Together we'll visit the places you've dreamed about—the pyramids, ancient temples, and the Valley of the Kings—but we'll also slow down enough to experience the Egypt that so many travelers miss. We'll share meals with locals, wander village streets, browse family-owned markets, and sail the Nile aboard a traditional dahabiya, where life moves at the pace it has for centuries. I believe that's where the real magic happens—not just in the monuments, but in the conversations, the laughter around the table, the sunsets on the river, and the moments that quietly change you.
