Includes airfare from Cairo to Luxor, all transfers, meals, an Egyptologist who travels with us, museum entries, a hot air balloon ride in Luxor, temple entries, and accommodations.

Does not include airfare to Cairo or departure from Aswan, gratuities, snacks and beverages between meals, travel insurance, or your visa ($30). Single room occupancy available +$955.

What is the refund policy?

Up until Dec. 1st, the trip is refundable except for the $1,555 non-refundable deposit. After Dec. 1st, no part of the trip is refundable.

Where do I fly in and out of?

You will fly into Cairo and depart from Aswan. You are responsible for booking international flights.

Passport and Visa?

It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to obtain and have available, when necessary, the appropriate travel documents. Egyptian visas can be purchased upon arrival in Cairo and are valid for 30 days.

Passports must be valid for six (6) months after the completion of your trip and should have sufficient blank visa pages for entry and exit stamps.

Do I need travel insurance?

I highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip. Depending on the policy purchased, travel insurance may cover trip cancellation due to illness or accident, missing or damaged luggage, and medical expenses.

What is not included in this trip?

Flight to Cairo and flight departing Aswan back to the U.S.

Gratuities. I will collect a designated amount of cash from each traveler on the first day. Gratuities will be paid from that pool.
